I’m Abdulrahman Alaklabi, a Business Analyst.

I started my career close to day-to-day operations, where understanding performance meant looking beyond the numbers to the teams, processes, data, and problems behind them.

Over time, my focus shifted from knowing what happened to understanding why it happened, what could be improved, and how data could support better decisions.

That path led me toward business and performance analysis, with a focus on connecting data to its operational and commercial context rather than treating it as a set of isolated numbers.

This experience became the foundation of how I understand businesses from the inside and marked my shift from execution to performance analysis and decision support.
